Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages: Once the package is in USPS hands, delays can occur that are outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we will help you work through it.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

The only exception is if you receive the wrong item in your order.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect item(s)
Once verified, we will make it right by sending the correct product at no additional cost.

Damage caused during use
Normal cosmetic imperfections (including minor flashing or air bubbles on discounted baits)
Lost or delayed packages caused by USPS
