Processing Time: All orders are packed by hand and typically ship within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Method: We ship all orders through USPS. Available options may include First Class, Ground Advantage, or Priority Mail depending on package size and customer selection at checkout.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once the package is in USPS hands, delays can occur that are outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we will help you work through it.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.

The only exception is if you receive the wrong item in your order.

If this happens:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect item(s)

Once verified, we will make it right by sending the correct product at no additional cost.

Phantom Strike is not responsible for:

• Damage caused during use

• Normal cosmetic imperfections (including minor flashing or air bubbles on discounted baits)

• Lost or delayed packages caused by USPS
